You may return the merchandise within 14 days for a refund or exchange. You may return the item in our store or ship it back to us and we will credit the credit card you used for the purchase. Please remember that shipping and handling is not refundable unless you received either a damaged or incorrect item.

You must obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RA number.

Please call 866-501-3059 to obtain your RA number. The RA number must be written on the outside of the package upon return.

All merchandise is inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes and all tags and instruction books are included. The item cannot be sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication of wear.

The returned merchandise must be accompanied with proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork. For diamonds, enclose the original copy of the matching or identifying certificates.
